" If you’re a kid, or have kids, this may be worth while. "

Title: Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards by Brady Games

   Format: Hint Book

   Reviewing Monkey: Dungapult

The Hype: A nice, straight forward walk through for this psychotic little Zelda-esque action game.

      What This Monkey Thought...

Layout: The layout is, absolutely, fantastic! Beautiful full color pages, glossy photos, and nice straight forward text. 5 out of 5

Usefulness: Hmm…The question really is "how useful is a walk through for a non dynamic game?" If you need it though, it certainly does the job. The only thing I actually found worth while about the content was the boss beating advice. I suppose, though, if you really didn’t want to have to spend ANY time exploring this would be handy. 3 out of 5

Desired Content: The walk through was keen, and the instructions on how best to move Kirby was great, but there were no cheats! None! For a console? Hmmm…3 out of 5

Accuracy: Well, when your only choices are "go left, then go right" accuracy isn’t a huge concern…But at least they got it right. 5 out of 5

   The Verdict:

As an adult gamer there is no reason I can find to pick this book up, regardless of how well made it is. If you’re a kid, or have kids, this may be worth while.

The Good: Great layout. Fun to look at.

The Bad: No cheats and not all that helpful.

The Overall Ugly: I’d pick it up only if you really have reason to…And unless that’s because you’re a child seek professional help.

   What it's Worth: $10
